Earlier this week I was awarded first place in the people category of the “Out & About” competition at the Moray Camera Club. The photo which I entitled “Across The Generations” is of my son Theo and my mother Frances and was taken last summer in the Brecon Beacons. It’s a special photo to me for obvious reasons, but it is wonderful to have it recognised critically too. It does however make me hanker after warm summer evenings again, but they’ll be here before we know it!

Diane - Congratulations on your win. Such a beautiful photo. I love seeing the wiser generation with the younger one it always makes me smile. Being a fairly new grandmother myself I am looking forward to days in the park and creating memories.
